Adam Shefler has spent nearly two decades building one of the most diverse and accomplished careers in the electrical industry. From pulling wire in the field to directing multi-million dollar operations across the country, Adam’s journey is defined by relentless drive, rapid growth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence — the same commitment he now brings directly to every homeowner and business he serves.
With 200+ projects and close to $200 million in managed revenue, Adam has delivered across virtually every sector of the construction industry — from 2.5-million-square-foot healthcare campuses and college stadium expansions to wastewater treatment plants, cold storage facilities, and high-rise towers. His career spans six states and includes contracts with USDA, CDC, and other public-sector agencies.
After years of proven leadership at the highest levels of the industry, Adam made a deliberate choice: take everything he’d built and bring it home. He founded Ironwood Construction Company LLC with a clear mission — give every customer the same level of service, communication, and transparency he demanded on $22 million contracts.
